Welcome to 360 Orbital Vue Video Booth Rental (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

   We provide 360° orbital video booth rentals for events and special occasions.

2. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to book our Services.

3. Bookings & Payments

   A booking is confirmed only after deposit or full payment.

   Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

   Final balances are due by the agreed-upon date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

   Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.

   Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

   If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Use of Booth

   Guests must use the booth responsibly.

   We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or lost property during booth use.

6. Content Ownership

   Guests retain personal rights to their videos/photos.

   By using our Services, you grant us limited permission to use anonymized content for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

   You may not:

   Upload or share unlawful or offensive content.

   Damage or tamper with equipment.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
